On behalf of the IFCC Committee on Clinical Laboratory Management (IFCC C-CLM), we kindly request your support in disseminating the following survey among your members, including laboratory professionals, clinical biochemists, and residents in laboratory medicine:

“Laboratory Management Training: A Global Perspective – Understanding Current Practices and Future Needs.”

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in circulating the survey within your national network. Please note that, in your role as National Representative, you are kindly asked not to complete the survey on behalf of your national society, but only to support its dissemination.

The purpose of this survey is to assess the current status of laboratory management training within residency curricula and continuing professional development (CPD) programmes worldwide, and to identify existing gaps and future needs in order to strengthen laboratory practice and leadership.

The survey requires approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.

We respectfully request that members who have already completed the survey do not participate again, in order to avoid duplication of responses.
